Newburgh Beacon Bridge, Second Span 1979.     At least six tugs gently maneuver  one of the last spans of the new bridge into  position in the fall of 1979. The bridge pier sections were assembled on the shore of the Hudson in Newburgh, NY about a mile South of the construction.
